LIT 2025 Summer Split: The Calendar

LIT is ready to go!

The Summer Split of the League Of Legends Italian Championship has officialy started on 14th of July, it will be live for 2 exact months, until the 14th of September.

For the joy of the fans, the final stages of the championship will be held in real life in Montecatini Terme, the fans will finally have the chance to live the emotion of Italian Esports in presence.

The six competing teams will face each other in a single round, with rapid and decisive Bo1 matches.

There will be no eliminations during the first phase of the championship: each match is used to determine the playoff position.

The top two teams will have a strategic advantage, since they are going directly to the second phase of the playoff stage, while the remaining four will have to compete for access to the next round in best of three (Bo3) series.

From there on, the stakes rise: we enter in a double elimination bracket with Bo5 series.

A single misstep won’t be fatal, but at the second defeat it will be time to say goodbye to the dream of the title.

Italy will send 4 teams to the EMEA Masters after this split despite the poor results in the European field after during the Spring Split.

After coming close to qualifying to the EMEA Masters during the Spring Split, ZENA come to Summer split with a roster almost completely renewed, also because to the retirement of Sadaz.

The only player that stayed in the lineup is the jungler Metroflox, ready to lead the new lineup.

The one to take up the legacy of Sadaz will be the Italian Midlaner Vincenzo “Inzuh” Battaglia, he made his debut during the Winter Split with UnderWorld Esports together with Jeykup, Zewih and Dionelux.

I had the opportunity to ask Inzuh his goals for this Summer Split, since he will be called to replace one of the most historical Italian midlanes.

After a delusional 3rd position in the Spring Split, GMBLERS come to this Summer Split with a completly new roster, full of players who played with Axolotl during Spring.

The arrival of an experienced player like Kikis will for sure bring a lot of experience to this roster, will they be able to win the trophy with this new roster?

The Italian Los Ratones, a streamers’ team led by Brizz, the legendary Italian support who managed to secure a Top 8 placement at the European Masters.

After a disastrous spring split where they couldn’t get a single win, aNc decided to bench PaoloCannone and replace him with Brizz as support. Brizz had played ADC during spring, but now the team’s official marksman is PiskHello.
