LIT 2025 Summer Split Week 1: Considerations

LIT 2025 Summer Split Week 1: The first week of the championship hasn’t delivered a lot of unexpected results, everything has gone as expected.

Colossal Gaming confirmed that they are the best team in the tournament, they absolutely demolished every team they played against during this first week.

Behind them there are GMBLERS who found two good wins against Axolotl and Zena.

ZENA instead, showed some inconsistency, they struggled against aNc and EKO, but still managed to finish the week with a good 2-1 score.

Meanwhile aNc are still struggling a lot: they only managed to win the match against EKO ending the week with an hard 1-2.

Axolotl and EKO instead are playing a different championship.

AXL managed to take a win against aNc, EKO instead are in a very hard situation, their Summer Split looks already over.

Lit 205 Summer Split Week 1: Le partite

Day 1

EKO vs aNc

aNc 1-0 EKO

The first game of the championship sees aNc managing to get their first win in the championship, EKO completly fall down starting from the botside.

King1 and Zafir made a lot of unforgivable mistakes that made the game completely unplayable for their team.

ZENA vs GMB

ZEN 0 GMB 1

Kikis Aura is absolutely huge, the Polish Jungler is EVERYWHERE, despite that ZENA manage to survive for the whole early game thanks to Metroflox who has has been able to find very good ganks on the midlane.

Unluckily for them, the game starts falling off during the mid game when the first teamfights arrive.

GMBLERS are simply stronger, that’s all, Bambi7 on the Gwen has found a huge advantage that helps his team to have always at least a winning sidelane.

AXL vs COL

Absolute Dominance from Colossal who beat the poor Axolotl thanks to the stellar performances of Vigil and Seneca who walked around the map unrivaled.

Vigil confirms that he is an awesome Taliyah player, such as Seneca on Bard, a duo that always is in the right place at the right time.

Day 2

AXL vs GMB

Despite the half an hour delay in the start of the game, GMBLERS still manage to limit the temporal damage.

They take Axolotl and dismantle them one by one, starting from the jungle where the poor Mario can do nothing against Kikis.

The macro gap between the 2 teams is just immense, clean and simple win for GMBLERS.

CG vs EKO

If Axolotl have been dismantled one by one, EKO got destroyed all together starting from the Top Side, where Strava got completely murdered from Mietek’s Rumble.

Hades1,Zafir and King1 then follow him, they absolutely cant do anything about the power of their enemies.

The only one to save himself is Xen0gan who still manages to stay safe in the Mid Lane without allowing anything.

aNc vs ZENA

The game starts very well for aNc, but the result is kinda different.

ZENA started horribly, Archfiend, Wuis and Pericolo made too many mistakes and got punished a lot of times.

Luckily for them, aNc decided to turn off their monitors and started overextending in Top Lane and Mid Lane and getting punished a lot of times.

Thanks to those positioning mistakes ZENA managed to come back into the game, but there comes Fragola that makes the situation also worse.

He decides to dodge Jhin 4th shot, making his ally die and giving a big shutdown to Pericolo’s Jhin.

Thanks to that ZENA are too ahead and close the game with a clean Baron.

Day 3

EKO vs ZENA

Another hard start for ZENA who got solo killed too many times, despite the CS lead they managed to create.

Even if he found some good plays, Strava got completley dominated through the laning phase by Archfiend’s Aatrox.

Then Metroflox decides to resolve all of ZENA problems by deliviring an incredible performance on the Xin Zhao ending the match with a score of 15 / 3 / 6.

AXL vs aNc

UPSET UPSET!

The first upset of the tournament arrives during this third day of the championship.

AXL leave no escape to completely disoriented aNc, the game falls almost immediately after the third minute of the match, when aNc in an attempt to challenge the second elemental dragon die in 3, giving a huge advantage to the AXL.

The same happens in the fight for the herald, same exact situation with the same result, from here on the game is totally downhill for the AXL that are untreatable.

CG vs GMB

The Match of the week, or even better, the game which should have be the “Match of the Tournament”, but it was not.

Vigil and Mietek in this start of the championship look just too good, the midlaner of Colossal immediately manages to kill FSZ, gaining a huge advantage in the middle lane.

While Mietek on Jayce is simply poetry, it leaves no freedom to Bambi7 who can do nothing but be a spectator of his lane.

It will be the midlaner and toplaner of the Colossal, accompanied by a good Ryuijin on Sejuani, to dominate and bring their team 3-0.
