EMEA Masters Summer 2025: Unlike the Winter and Spring Split, the Summer Split will take us back to last year with a format very similar to last year’s immense event.
There will be 44 participating teams, despite this the competition will be even closer than usual.
16 teams will compete in a direct elimination phase, in the first round they will play a Bo3 match while in the second a Bo5, whoever wins both matches qualifies for the Main Event.
The Main Event will follow the Swiss format, the teams will play Bo1 Games, then the last match will be a Bo3 which will decide who goes on to the playoff phase.
Who wins 4 games is qualified, who loses 4 is out.
In the Playoff phase, however, the qualified teams will compete in direct elimination Bo5s.
The team to beat
As in the spring event, the team to beat and the current reigning champions of the tournament are Los Ratones, coming from the English championship:
- Baus In Toplane
- Velja in Jungle
- Nemesis in Midlane
- Crownie as ADCarry
- Rekkles as Support
Coach Caedrel’s team managed to win the EMEA Masters trophy in their first and second participation, thanks certainly to the presence of expert players who even boast participation in Worlds.
The Italian Teams

The Italian champion team will be included in Pool 3 of the Main Event together with Colossal Gaming, their first match will be against one of these teams:
Their journey will begin on September 29th after the LCQ.

The same goes for the 2nd Italian Seed as for the first.
GMBLERS
The path of GMBLERS will be different however as they will start from the Last Chance Qualifier together with the aNc.
Difficult bracket for GMBLERS who will begin their journey tomorrow against Team Insidious, the third Greek seed.
A game that is definitely within their ranks and they should be able to win without too many problems.
The story would get complicated in the final Bo5, where the Unicorns Of Love Sexy Edition, or the German 4th Seed, would most likely be waiting for them.
UOL are an extremely good team also made up of former players who played in our championship like DenVoksne.
