With the start of the 2025 Summer Split of the League of Legends Italian Championship, ZENA Esports came out with a completely new roster, except the Jungler “Metroflox“.
After the first week of the championship i’ve had the change to speak with their Mid Laner Vincenzo” Inzuh” Battaglia about his past competitive experiences and about his dreams for the future.
In Winter you debuted in LIT with Underworld together with Jeykup and Zewih, then became champions in Spring, with you mid, do you think you would have won anyway or was Vigil a big part of their success?
ZENA Inzuh:Obviously no, at the moment Vigil is the best Italian midlaner by far and at the same time I’m still not good enough to win a split.
In June 2024 while playing BTL you broke your arm, how did that injury mentally affect the continuation of your competitive career?
ZENA Inzuh: I broke my arm a little bit before playoffs, and honesty i have had a very hard time initially, but then i tried to learn playing with the two fingers that came out of the plaster, but the still didn’t let me play the playoffs.
Thanks to that i managed to deliver two University exams, so maybe it’s good that it happened.
Regarding the present, the first week of this LIT Summer split started well for you and ZENA, what are your feelings for the rest of the split?
ZENA Inzuh: Honestly i didn’t expect that, i thought the situation was kinda dramatic.
But I am trying to see our potential and how to reach it and in my opinion we can play for a good result.
Is there any particular team you want to defeat?
ZENA Inzuh: No, it is obvious to say Colossal, but personally I see us light years behind them
If you are going to qualify for the EMEA Masters, which midlaner would you like to play against?
ZENA Inzuh: For sure against Vasco, i love him from a lot of time and i would love to be destroyed from him.
Also against Czekolad, but all Barca in general, because i love so much how they play the game.
I don’t wanna play against Nemesis since i would like to be at least able to open the videogame.
What’s your dream in the drawer about League of Legends? How determined are you to make it happen?
ZENA Inzuh: I think for me it would be enough to achieve some good results to be proud of myself in the future.
Obviously i would love to make of it a profession, but i think it’s very hard.
If you could build a roster as a coach, who would you pick up?
ZENA Inzuh: If i had to build a roster for LIT i would need two LTR’s, so i would take Vigil and Tiwaz ( i think i can’t take Click since he is in LVP).
Then for the Top Lane i would call back Dionelux, even though he is currently in LFL 2 and i hope he goes even further instead of coming back to LIT.
In Jungle Yike, i won’t build the team if i don’t have him as Jungler.
As Support i think that the best option in Italy at the moment is for sure Seneca.
Last question, can you tell us how to replicate an Inzuh Overdrive?
ZENA Inzuh: Easy, we need the following ingredients:
- 1x Afk Azir for the whole game.
- 1x Coinflip Baron
- 1x An unexpected game 5.
- All of your brain cells exploded from the stress of the official match.
All of this has to happened the day the Cover Night of the Sanremo Music festival with Sarah Toscano singing “Overdrive”.
You have to put the Azir soldier on the other side of the Baron pit, then click E and then R to throw the enemies inside, then you pray that you are able to get back with the Q.
