ZENA vs aNc was the match that was going to tell us which team we were going to see at the LAN event.

Obviously ZENA were the big favorites of the match, they had everything in their hands to secure the victory.

Convincing performances, good Regular Season result and an amazing series against GMBLERS who managed to take Colossal to 5 games.

The Genoese team managed to deliver the result everyone expected, even if they dropped 1 game the other 3 weren’t close at all, clean and convincing victories.

ZENA vs aNc: The Series

Game 1

ZENA vs aNc Draft Game 1

Strong start for ZENA in the series as they manage to punish a very bad wave management from Deidara who concedes the first blood to Metroflox.

The situation instead of getting better for aNc, got only worse, at the 9th minute they tried to contest the Void Grubs, without achieving a good result.

They gifted 4 kills to the enemy team and they didn’t even manage to get close to the objective, the situation was already very difficult for them.

The game slowed down in the next minutes, thanks to that aNc managed to find a good dive on Inzuh’s Taliyah.

Even Deidara managed to find a solo kill on Archfiend, but looks like it wasn’t enough for aNc to snowball their little advantage.

The Ambessa murdered every player of the enemy team when they decided to started the Atakhan.

aNc even managed to secure it, but they feel a lot of gold behind in change to that.

ZENA then have been able to increase and concretize their gold lead, thanks to that they got away with the first game of the series.

Game 2

ZENA vs aNc Draft Game 2

Another tragic start for aNc, as Vyctor took a terrible trade against Inzuh’s Corki.

Instead of recalling, he stayed in lane and was punished at just the 4th minute, getting killed under his tower by Metroflox’s E.

3 minutes after this Vyctor fell down again, he got solo killed from Inzuh in the midlane, luckily Deidara arrived there with his Sion ULT so he managed to trade the kill back.

After the early game, we can simply say that Archfiend’s Mordekaiser became the final Raid Boss of the game.

The toplaner just started flashing and running on his enemies without caring at all as he was completely unkillable.

Thanks to him ZENA managed to secure Atakhan + Nashor and closed the game without problems.

Game 3

ZENA vs aNc Draft Game 3

There is no two without three no?

I guess this is the reality, the game for aNc starts incredible bad again and again as Archfiend and Metroflox manage to dive Deidara at the 3rd minute of the game.

Luckily for aNc Inzuh got too cocky as he got solo killed from Vyctor’s Aurora in the midlane.

Despite the bad start, this game looks completely different for aNc, they manage to recover very well as they find 4 kills in a fight near their red buff.

This isn’t enough for aNc, they were not able to do something and ZENA looked extremely more proactive and decisive in their plays.

Thanks to that they managed to secure a good fight and the Atakhan, putting the game in a godlike state for them.

But in League of Legends a millisecond can change the whole game.

Fragola found the Baron steal at the 27th minute of the game and thanks to it, aNc are able to also secure the Elder Dragon.

This sequence completly condemned ZENA who lost the game only because of a smite fight won by the aNc Jungler.

Game 4

ZENA vs aNc Draft Game 3

The fourth game has been the only one where ZENA didn’t manage to find the first blood as Fragola got a good gank on Archfiend who conceded the first blood to Deidara’s K’Sante.

The situation for ZENA in the next minutes got only worse as they tried to contest the Ocean Drake with a very bad outcome.

They didn’t manage to steal it and they also conceded 4 kills to aNc.

Despite everything, aNc’s struggles during the mid game are clear to everyone, they try to force a lot of difficult plays that most of the times they fail.

Thanks to that ZENA managed to win the 4th game of the series and they qualified for the LAN Finals.

Thanks to his incredible series, Archfiend got awarded with the MVP of the series title!
